Catering to your needs

Our services can include daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks. Our contracts can be
tailored to suit client’s needs and budgets. We aim to form long term partnerships with our
clients and take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of caretaking.
Our services are typically provided during business hours Monday to Friday with after hours emergency assistance, if required on an on call basis. Here is an example of the services we can provide.
Daily cleaning tasks
- Check the presentation and security of the building.
- Collect and sort waste following agreed procedures for control of waste.
- General clean of all common areas to include easily accessible glass, other hard
surfaces, carpets, walls and lifts. - Clean of building’s street frontages.
Weekly cleaning Tasks
- Wash out the bin storage areas.
- Replenishing hand sanitiser dispensers.
- Replace blown globes, tubes, starters and transformers where easily accessible.
Monthly cleaning Tasks
- Pressure wash building facades.
- Pressure wash rubbish bins.
- Clean fire stairwells and other infrequently used common areas.
Quarterly cleaning tasks
- To deep clean common areas e.g. wall washing in lobbies.
- Pressure wash the front steps.
Other services
- Providing contractor access and supervision as delegated by the Owner’s Corporation or Building Manager and responding requests.
- Conducting minor handyperson maintenance e.g. paint touch ups, replacing blown globes and transformers, updating notice boards etc.
- Organising professional carpet cleaning.
Urgent Assistance
- Always available on call for Emergency requests, e.g. assist with organising flood maintenance, building access and security issues
